After the broadcast of its final 24th episode yesterday in Japan, TV Tokyo’s official website for the TV anime adaptation of Shuichi Asou’s gag manga series Saiki Kusuo no Sai-nan/The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. announced that the anime’s sequel has already gotten the green light. The details will be available later.
The first TV anime series produced by EGG FIRM and J.C.STAFF was aired for 24 episodes from July to December of this year. Since the anime’s official Twitter says, “Please wait with watching Gintama,” the sequel is scheduled to air after the upcoming new Gintama series ends?
