It looks like the voices behind the anime adaptation of Seitokai Yakuindomo will be sticking around for their big screen debut. Confirmation has been received that the anime cast at large will be appearing in the July film.
Shintaro Asanuma (Hiroto in Assasination Classroom) will reprise his role as Takatoshi Tsuda, the lone male officer in the largely female Osai Academy’s student council. Joining him will be Yoko Hikasa (Mio in K-On!) as student council president Shino Amakusa, Satomi Satou (Manami in Oreimo) as secretary Aria Shichijo, and Sayuri Yahagi (Manami in Assassination Classroom) as treasurer Suzu Hagimura.
Also returning are Asami Shimoda, Yu Kobayashi, Chiaki Omigawa, Satomi Arai, Emiri Kato, Mutsumi Tamura, Chiwa Saito, Sumire Uesaka, and Hekiru Shiina.
Seitokai Yakuindomo has previously been adapted into both TV anime and OAV. 2017 will mark its tenth anniversary. The film adaptation is expected to come to theaters on July 21, 2017.
