Yuka Iguchi Performs the Opening Theme for “Sword Oratoria” Anime


Voice actress / singer Yuka Iguchi will perform the opening theme for Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon: Sword Oratoria, an upcoming TV anime based on the fantasy light novel spin-off series that depicts the events of Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? from the perspective of the Loki Familia.

 

 

The title of the opening theme has not yet been revealed. Yuka Iguchi also plays the role of Hitachi Chigusa of the Takemikazuchi Familia in the original 2015 Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? TV anime.

 

 

The Sword Oratoria light novels are written by Fujino Ōmori and illustrated by Kiyotaka Haimura. Yen Press publishes an English language version of them under the title Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? On the Side: Sword Oratoria. They describe the series as follows:

 

“Aiz Wallenstein, the Sword Princess, is known as one of the most powerful warriors from one of the most powerful groups in the city of Orario: Loki Familia. With them, she ventures into the deepest parts of the labyrinthine Dungeon beneath the city, stalking the monstrous denizens that lurk there and vanquishing them with the blazing light of her sword. But when she meets a certain white-haired boy, the encounter will change both of them forever…”

 

Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Sword Oratoria is directed by Yōhei Suzuki and features animation by J.C. Staff. The series will begin broadcasting in April of 2017.
