Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon was previously given a Japanese release date of February, but it looks like fans will have to wait a bit longer. How much longer is still up in the air, though, because the sequel currently has a more general 2017 launch window.
As tends to be the case with these delays, Gust says they need the extra time to improve Nights of Azure 2‘s quality. Producer Keisuke Kikuchi added that the team is balancing the action and adjusting the girls of the game and the story that surrounds them. He also reiterated the promise of a new beautiful heroine Lily and bonus swimsuit costumes.
Nights of Azure 2 is in the works for PS4 and PS Vita, and a western release is planned after Japan.
