Proud Gen Urobuchi Shows Off His “Thunderbolt Fantasy” Puppet

Popular writer Gen Urobuchi has been fairly quiet on social media lately. And, there hasn’t been much on the sequel to Taiwanese puppet co-production Thunderbolt Fantasy (or the anime Godzilla he was attached to in August either). Still, when you get your hands on a wuxia puppet, you have to show it off, and, Urobuchi took to Twitter to share a look at the one that just arrived.

He then constructed a case to protect it from dust…

Speaking of Gen Urobuchi, Washington state’s Sakura-con announced that they will be hosting the writer.

The event takes place April 14-16 at the Washington State Convention Center
