Families Fight Like Cats and Dogs in “Buppu na Mainichi” TV Anime

mu-Jack, a music and information program on Kansai TV, is adding a short-form anime to its line-up entitled Bupu na Mainichi, which is described as a slightly surreal slapstick comedy about the daily life of a family comprised of 10 dogs and 1 cat.

The story of Buppu na Mainichi involves a group of 10 dogs whose peaceful lives are turned upside down when a cat joins their family. The series stars Yoshino Nanjō as Dora (the Cat), Riho Ida as Yunpo, and Ayami Tsukui as Kenta.

Buppu na Mainichi is directed by Takeshi Onaka and features animation by Kachidoki Studio. Each episode will be approximately 1 minute in length, and the series will broadcast as part of the mu-Jack TV program, which airs on Kansai TV every Friday during the 25:55 time slot (actually at 1:55 AM JST on Saturday morning). Buppu na Mainichi will join mu-Jack‘s line-up beginning on March 10, 2017.
