“Toriko” Author Lines Up New One-Shot Manga for Fall

Shimabukuro also has a one-shot debuting on Monday

Manga author Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro ended his eight-year run of exotic cuisine-hunting manga Toriko back in November, but he has some more comics on the way. In addition to the 19-page “Chingiri”—which appears in this year’s double issue 21/22 of Weekly Shonen Jump on Monday—Shimabukuro has another one-shot manga planned for a fall debut in Shueisha’s Grand Jump magazine.

Prior to “Chingiri,” Shimabukuro published the 29-page “Warai no Ōji Penpenpen” in Saikyō Jump magazine at the top of this month.
